WHITE SAGE SAHUMERIO

White Sage, Salvia apiana , is one of the most widely used medicinal plants in natural medicine. Its name comes from the Latin term salvare which means to cure. It belongs to the Lamiaceae family and in many cultures it is considered a sacred plant for its numerous healing and spiritual properties.

Since ancient times, sage has been used to purify environments, treat diseases or as a seasoning for food. The best known thing about it is that through incense, it improves air quality, relieving, for example, respiratory conditions such as asthma or allergies. But perhaps the most traditional use is to heal the soul, cleanse the aura, and release negative energies.

1. Through the flame of a candle, light your Salvia incense, it ignites very easily and emits a large amount of smoke, leave it in the flame for a few seconds, and begin to move your incense through space or through your aura. If you clean your aura, remember not to stick the incense to the body, always keep a safe distance of about 20 centimeters.
2. Remember to leave the windows open so that the air flows and the smoke does not concentrate. Once finished, leave the incense in the container so that it only goes out.
3. Every time you use the Salvia incense leave the ashes and remains in the container, throw them into  the Earth, in your favorite pot, in the park or in the field. You will provide nutrients to the soil and Mother Earth will transmute the negative energy collected by the sage.
